How do I place
an order?
- No membership or minimum order is required. To make
an order, navigate to the item(s) you would like to add to your cart, add the
quantity to your cart, and when finished, click the "checkout" button to start
the checkout process.
What if the
quantity I want isn't listed?
- Any quantity you need for any product is available.
We do offer volume discounts as well. If the quantity you need isn't listed,
send us an email to request a price quote.
What type of
payments do you accept?
- We accept cash, cashier's check, personal check (not
preferred), paypal, money orders, and all major credit cards.
Do you offer a
warranty?
- Yes, 15 day money back guarantee. Returns must be
noted before returning the item. Items must be shipped back in original
condition. For orders 8 pounds and up,
refunds will be given minus shipping and handling. We are not responsible for
lost or misdirected items upon return.
When is my order shipped?
- Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours of
receiving your payment. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL
depending on the size/weight of the order.
Do you offer a catalog?
- Because we are always getting new products in, we do
not offer a catalog. Our web site is updated daily with our newest inventory.
FREE SHIPPING? What's the catch?
- Shipping is 100% free within the continental US and
for smaller packages to Hawaii and Alaska. Packages shipped internationally must
pay standard shipping fees. All international buyers must email us prior to
paying for a shipping quote. There are no hidden fees or extra fees tacked onto
the final price. Free shipping includes delivery confirmation. Insurance is
optional. If insurance is not purchased we cannot be responsible for lost or
damaged items.
Do you dropship?
- Yes, we do dropship. Dropshipping is free and there
is no signup required. Upon checking out an item that needs dropshipped, ensure
to change the shipping address to your customer's address. For more information

Are there any handling/hidden fees?
- There are no handling fees or any other fees.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. Items containing flammable liquids such as
lighters or butane refills are restricted from shipment outside the US.
International buyers must pay standard shipping fees.
